LA BELLE EXCUSE  offers you here an imported white balsamic. Our white balsamic vinegar is produced in Modena according to rigorously respected centuries-old know-how. It is made from a white Lambrusco-Trebbiano must cooked covered in a bain-marie. This vinegar, which does not undergo any caramelization , has a slightly amber color.


DISTINCTIVE FEATURES:  Its amber color with a fresh and sweet and sour taste , allows the dish to retain its natural appearance.


INGREDIENTS: White wine vinegar and grape must aged three years in barrels ( 5.5% acidity ). Contains sulfites.

NOTE: Gluten Free


USE: Indispensable in vinaigrette . Perfect for flavoring your salads, deglazing vegetables, fish or seafood. Original in jelly to accompany your cheeses. Delicious when you put a few drops on strawberries or melons.
