We couldn’t just stop at smoking artichokes, a tapenade must be made with these incredible globes. So we did just that and it is delicious! We kept it clean and bright with minimal ingredients; artichokes, Castelvetranos, capers, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and Parsely. This is perfect on a cracker, spread on a flatbread or mixed into a light summer pasta. Enjoy!!
